The New Toss

Tossing a coin is a common way of selecting a decision in the time period where we are confused in choosing a decision from two things. It is a widely used criterion which has many applications in real world starting from the sacred game of the Indian country “Cricket Toss” to many things. It’s been a year; I never tossed a coin for choosing a decision. Rather I use the cell phone. You might ask Cell phone? For tossing purpose? Yes. Basically I don’t watch time in mobile phone. I often watch time only in clocks or in my wrist watch. I use the last letter of the minute of the digital time of the cell phone for choosing decisions. For Odd it’s a particular decision for even it’s the either one. This is my new toss technique. May sounds silly But, I do this in a artistic way of new life. πŸ™‚

For controlling electronic waste

In our present world of electronics. Today’s technology is tomorrow’s dust. For the past decade there has been a huge development in the field of cell phones. Starting from Camera, Radio, Infrared, Bluetooth, WiFi etc. But were thus the people reuse the mobile when a mobile has been abandoned. A report says that only 10% of the mobile phones are reused to the second hand. I recently done a small idea with one of my old mobile phone which for time being purpose for e-waste control. I presently have a Nokia phone with decent features of music player and camera. I also have a Basic mobile set of LG which is helpful only for messaging and simple data transfer such as bmp files of 128*128 which can be used as its wallpaper for mobile via messaging. This is one of the abandoned mobile which is present in my home because it goes to sale just for 300 rupees which is approximately $6(U.S) today(Date I am writing this blog post-(18.05.2012)). The basic mobile set of L.G was bought by my dad in the year 2007 for about 2500 rupees which is $50(U.S) Selling a mobile phone to approximately 10% is the only way but the battery was in perfect condition and more than many things, This mobile phone “doesn’t hang”. So, I simply planted a small idea to recycle the phone by using it at the time period of when we need less features for mobile for the particular period of time. For the past twenty days I was trying only this. I was having study leave for semester exams and I was only at home for most days. So there is no need for mobile camera since digital camera is the substitute for that in my home. For this reason I replaced the SIMCard of my Nokia phone to the basic mobile set where there is a need only for messaging and I was happy using it :-). I actually love using this mobile as I took initiative to control e waste to some extent. Then what I did with the Nokia phone? you may ask. I used it as a portable multimedia device for watching videos. After the end of the study leave I replaced the SIMCard in my Nokia phoneΒ  and I will wait for another time like this. It might sound silly for some people but I made it to make a useful thing out of abandoned things. πŸ™‚

New Facebook Trend

I created my facebook account exactly about an year ago. But actually I started using it very well only after my birthday this year on January 27. Until that day I was having justΒ  38 friends to the time extend of 6 months of my facebook usage. Because I haven’t filled any details in facebook till that date. “name”,”college”,”school”. “nothing more than that” I will use internet blogging ,emailing, , etc but started using facebook very well only after my birthday. After I created my facebook account, I must actually say that I created my facebook account but I found lazy to use it, Not that I don’t have friends but felt less thrill and entertaining at initial usage. I visited once in 5 weeks for first three times πŸ™‚ unbelievable but that is the truth πŸ™‚ and at the time period of December 2010 I started visiting once in two weeks. πŸ™‚ Started increasing πŸ™‚

New Trend in Facebook

New Trend in Facebook

Since before I got filling the different details in facebook, I had one of my school junior as friend in facebook. I actually had one of my school junior very well close with messaging in mobile. I was new to social networking, actually initially IΒ  thought “Brother” in facebook as what we call a person who is not even in family, universal word .(i.e.,)
I knew that it was family request only after my birthday. πŸ™‚

The friend whom I gave brother request had no brothers or sisters, So He just accepted it. We actually speak plenty of things in messaging but not these things.Β  And, I was the first and only family person of him at that date. πŸ™‚

After that, He developed his account with people who don’t have own brothers or sisters from his profile friends, He started giving family requests to those people as considering as brothers and sisters of his family. πŸ™‚

Having an own brother or sister is always a great blessing. If not like this it must be initiated like this.

It might be a small family request, but this can be taken as such a kind of blessing.

So it turned to be new trend in facebook,Β  πŸ™‚

He became brother for those people who don’t have any brother or sister. After that I had my own sister in facebook. So I quit his family request.

WE both initiated a new trend. πŸ™‚

Have u initiated any trend in facebook till date?? πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚
